For the 2016 edition of the Taste of London food festival held in Hyde Park, London, the festival organizers built a small pagoda for small groups to have more in-depth experiences during their visit.

Inside this pagoda, I held small interactive chocolate truffle-making workshops and bean-to-bar educational seminars that explained the process of chocolate making and allowed attendees to taste fresh cacao fruit.
