In January 2016, I collaborated with Neals Yard Dairy to hold an educational seminar/chocolate and cheese pairing event in their Covent Garden headquarters.

We paired a selection of 7 chocolates and cheeses and alongside guiding attendees through tasting processes for both products, delivered an educational seminar on each of the products tasted.

I designed, planned, and hosted the evening alongside Neal’s Yard’s lead educator.
