For Outside Van’s 2023 Outsiders Summit, myself and Perigee Studio co-founder Cody Onthank held a day of outdoor cooking demonstrations in the woods of Sandy, Oregon.
We covered some essentials of van life cooking, including lightweight pantry equipment and ingredient curation, and adaptation of gourmet recipes for ease of cooking on the road.
