Mast Brothers Chocolate Makers is a New York-founded bean-to-bar chocolate company at the forefront of craft chocolate.

As the London-based senior manager, I helped set up and subsequently ran the company within the UK and EU.

During my time at MAST, I set up and oversaw all aspects of the business, representing the company founders (who were USA-located). I managed and/or collaborated on all hiring, training, sales, operations, chocolate production, product development, flavors, design, marketing, e-commerce, fulfillment, events, pop-ups, collaborations, and partnerships, and developed a respected on-site education course.

This industry-leading professional-level education program drew students from around the world. The programs were some of the first to offer such comprehensive and in-depth bean-to-bar chocolate training to the general public.
