
Cut raw vegetables cut into strips. Pickled radish and edible burdock root can generally be purchased from Asian grocers already cut into strips.
Cut imitation crab meat, sliced and fried fish cakes, and/or a basic omelette cut into strips.
Mix canned tuna with a little mayonnaise and finely sliced perilla leaves.
Cook short grain white rice and then lightly seasoned with salt and a drizzle of sesame oil just to moisten.
Cut the seaweed sheets into sushi sized strips, if needed. Squash a layer of rice on the bottom and then top with whatever you would like in your gimbap. Roll up like a sushi roll!
